Until a written service agreement is signed, PrestigeCore has no obligation to provide services, respond within any particular timeframe, or take any action with respect to your property.

No Guarantee of Service Availability

Service availability depends on property location, requested visit frequency, travel requirements, and the level of oversight needed. PrestigeCore does not guarantee that services will be available in every location or for every property type. Availability is determined through the assessment process.

No Emergency-Service Relationship

PrestigeCore is not an emergency-response provider. PrestigeCore does not replace police, fire, emergency medical services, security monitoring, licensed restoration providers, or other emergency-response professionals. Enrolled clients may receive urgent property coordination support according to their service plan, property location, safety limitations, and third-party provider availability.
